Usage Policy

To ensure optimal performance for all trainers and institutes, ProQyz enforces the following usage policies.

1. API Rate Limits

Standard plans include 1,000 API calls per minute for custom integrations. If you require higher throughput for large-scale entrance exams (100k+ concurrent users), please contact enterprise support for a dedicated cluster.

2. Storage & Bandwidth

Storage: Unlimited for text-based questions. Video and Audio hosting is capped at 100GB per account on the Growth plan. Overage charges apply at $0.05/GB.

Bandwidth: Fair usage policy applies. Accounts consistently exceeding 1TB of monthly data transfer may be asked to upgrade to an Enterprise plan.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use ProQyz to distribute:

• Malware or malicious code via file uploads.
• Content that infringes on the copyright of major publishers (e.g., unauthorized scans of Cambridge IELTS books).
• Hate speech or illegal content.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.
