1. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee

For all new subscriptions (Starter and Growth plans), we offer a no-questions-asked refund within the first 14 days of your initial payment. Simply email billing@proqyz.com.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Monthly renewals after the 14-day window.
• One-time "Lifetime Deal" purchases, as these involve permanent license provisioning.
• Custom enterprise setup fees or migration services that have already been performed.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
