Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ProQyz platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are suspected of fraudulent activity or sharing credentials across multiple organizations.

2. Subscription & Payments

Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). You agree to provide accurate billing information. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of access to the dashboard and student portals.

3. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the test content, questions, and brand assets you upload to ProQyz. We claim no ownership over your intellectual property.

Our Platform: The ProQyz interface, code, and AI algorithms remain the exclusive property of ProQyz Inc. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

ProQyz is provided "as is". While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from service interruptions, including loss of revenue or student data, beyond the pro-rated value of your subscription.
